Position :  IT Business Analyst (Permenant)

Job Description:
- Constantly study and familiarize with product functionalities.
- Develop user requirement documentations in a precise manner with relevant supporting items like flow charts and wireframes.
- Determine the needs of users of technical documentation.
- Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers.
- Work with technical staff to make products and instructions easier to use
- Keep a close communication with clients on new releases, patches, support issues and product feedback.
- Write or revise supporting content for products.
- Edit material prepared by other writers or staff.
- Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to increase users’ understanding of the material
- Standardize content across platforms and media
- Collect user feedback to update and improve content
- Adhoc business administrative documentation.

Requirement :
- Diploma/Bach. Degree in  IT or Business.
- IT & Telco Billing background is plus.
- Prefer 1 year and above.


Position : Software Engineer (intern)

Job Description:
The intern will develop software by studying operations; designing, developing and installing software solutions; support and develop software team.

Reqirement :
- Diploma/Bach. Degree in  Software Engineering.

Position : Admin/HR Executive (intern)

Job Description:
The Administrative Intern is responsible for various administrative and communications functions, including office management, receptionist duties, support for the HR Coordinator / Executive Assistant, website management, and promotion activities via social media

Reqirement :
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
